Registration fee:
Applicants are required to pay a registration fee of SAR 500 at the time of applying to one of the colleges’ programs. This fee represents the applicant’s commitment to follow through with the enrolment process in accordance with the guidelines put forth by the college on the admission guidelines page.
Tuition:
Masters programs
Graduate programs' tuition is set regardless of the time frame a student requires to complete the program or the number of courses required to graduate. for example: if a student requires extra semesters to complete the program or if it becomes necessary to retake any courses, the student will not pay extra fees.

Bachelor programs
Undergraduate Programs' tuition is based on credit hours. Students may pick courses during the registration period based on their program's plan and within the guidelines set by admission regulation.

Withdrawal:
Masters programs
When withdrawing from a semester, tuition refund is calculated based on the following:
- Students may receive a full refund if withdrawal is completed prior to the start of the semester according to the academic calendar.
- 20% is deducted if withdrawal is completed by the end of the second week according to the academic calendar.
- 40% is deducted if withdrawal is completed by the end of the fourth week according to the academic calendar.
- No tuition is refunded if withdrawal is completed after the end of the fourth week.
- Students may not receive a refund if any courses remain registered during a semester.
Bachelor programs
When withdrawing from a course or the whole semester, tuition refund is calculated based on the following:
- Students may receive a full refund if withdrawal is completed prior to the start of the semester according to the academic calendar.
- 20% is deducted if withdrawal is completed by the end of the second week according to the academic calendar.
