Quality Assurance System Manual
The basic pillars
- Spreading the culture of quality and academic accreditation through guides, leaflets, workshops, seminars.
- Qualifying faculty members with training programs directly related to institutional and programmatic accreditation.
- Formation of specialised committees (programmatic accreditation, internal audit, technical support, strategic planning).
- Prepare self-review reports and evaluate performance periodically.
- Develop and implement strategic and executive plans consistent with the college plan.
- Continuously update the basic documents of the programs and courses.
- Activate the internal and external audit to ensure continuous improvement.
Infrastructure
- Headquarters equipped for the quality unit.
- Basic equipment: computers, printers, scanner, photocopier, saving cuppoints, files, stationery.
- An enabled website for the unit that includes: vision, mission, structure, activities, reports, models.
Human resources
- An approved organisational structure for quality management and its units.
- Poss-up committees by human potential (program coordinators, decision coordinators, technical support committees).
- Training programs for faculty members include, institutional and programmatic accreditation criteria - strategic planning - measuring learning outcomes. - preparing performance indicator reports and opinion polls. - internal review and self-study.
The electronic system
- A centralised system for archiving, documentation and data management.
- Main and branch volumes for colleges, programs, departments and centres.
- Files for institutional and programmatic accreditation, including evidence and evidence.
- Continuous updating of data (faculty, students, alumni, research and community activities).
Internal audit mechanisms
- Performance review and evaluation models for colleges, academic programs, departments and centres.

Main roles
- Dean of the College/Director of the Department: direct supervision, approval of plans and reports, and follow-up of the implementation of standards.
- Head of Quality Unit: Spreading the culture of quality, preparing strategic and executive plans, developing systems, preparing annual reports.
- Quality Coordinator in the Scientific Department: Follow-up of performance indicators, preparation of achievement reports, supervision of surveys, and review of program descriptions.
- Academic and course program coordinator: Preparing descriptions and reports of programs and courses according to the models of the National Authority and ensuring their compatibility with the national framework and the labour market
Processes and procedures

- Determine the roles and responsibilities of all academic and administrative units in colleges.
