Vision
The mission of the Centre for Administrative Development and Community Service is to provide quality education and training opportunities for all members of Saudi society, through providing continuous and innovative developmental programs and initiatives for faculty members, employees and students, according to quality and excellence standards, thus contributing to the development of leadership and professional capabilities, improving the quality of academic and administrative performance, strengthening community partnership, and supporting sustainable national development, in line with Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030.
Goals
- Motivating faculty members, college employees, male and female students to actively participate in community initiatives and services, through organised educational and development programs that contribute to providing community opportunities and supporting participation in them.
- Providing an integrated system of continuing education, training, professional development and capacity building programs to meet the needs of individuals and institutions.
- Contribute to the development of the local community by qualifying human competencies and providing the labour market with the required knowledge and applied skills, especially in the fields of administration, business and development.
- Building and developing sustainable strategic partnerships with various government, private and non-profit sectors, to enhance learning, training and joint development opportunities.
- Enhancing educational and cultural exchange and implementing qualitative activities and events inside and outside the academic campus, in cooperation with government agencies, non-profit organisations, charities, and health institutions, in order to achieve a sustainable societal impact.
About the Centre for Administrative Development and Community Service
The Centre works to prepare and provide training and consulting services and also offers initiatives, programs and projects that meet the needs of development and contribute to the service of the individual and society. The Centre also targets public and private sector institutions and bodies in all fields of competence to provide its services in all regions of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, by participating in competition for projects launched by government and private institutions and bodies. The Centre for Administrative Development and Community Service adopts an accurate scientific methodology in the design and implementation of its programs and projects, based on collecting and analysing data to determine actual training needs, and using qualitative and quantitative research methods to assess the impact. The methodology includes strategic planning, monitoring performance indicators, conducting benchmark comparisons, analysing results to support decision-making, and ensuring continuous improvement to achieve institutional and community development goals according to quality standards and academic accreditation.
