General conditions for scholarships

- All scholarships provided are for Saudi students, except for the scholarship (Arab East Colleges Scholarship for National Responsibility), including international students as well.

2. All grants provided by the colleges are subject to annual review and subject to adjustment either by increase, decrease, or cancellation.

3. Colleges have the right to cancel the student's scholarship or amend it without giving reasons.

4- The scholarship is suspended directly for any student against whom a disciplinary decision has been issued in the colleges.

5- The scholarship is suspended immediately in the event that the student is deprived of one of the courses due to exceeding the specified percentage of absence.

6- The scholarship is stopped immediately in the event that the student fails in one of the courses.

7- Scholarships do not include students who are sent to study from their employers, whether governmental or private.

8. The student may not combine two scholarships offered by the colleges.

Excellence Scholarship for New Distinguished Students

This scholarship is allocated to new students at the bachelor's level with high averages in order to support and motivate this category of male and female students to enrol in colleges. This scholarship is for one year only for all those who meet its conditions. After the year, the student has the right to apply for one of the other scholarships in the colleges in accordance with its conditions.

Conditions and conditions for applying for the scholarship:

1. The student applying for the scholarship must have a secondary certificate or equivalent in the academic year prior to the application only.

2. The applicant must apply to all the conditions for admission to colleges.

3. The scholarship is for one academic year (two semesters) in accordance with the percentages below.

· Student with a weighed percentage (secondary, abilities, academic) more than 95% gets a discount (25%).

· Student with a weighted percentage (secondary, abilities, academic) more than 90% gets a discount (15%).

· The student with a weighted percentage (secondary, abilities, academic) more than 85% gets a discount (10%).

4. The student may not combine two scholarships offered by the colleges.

First degree relatives scholarship

A scholarship for first-degree relatives (father, mother, son, daughter, husband, wife), and (brother, sister) of the second degree, which is a discount (10%) offered to male and female students, at the bachelor's level for first-degree relatives and aims to provide community participation from colleges to the student's family to reduce tuition fees for this category of students.

Conditions and conditions for applying for the scholarship:

1. The student must apply for the scholarship well in advance of the beginning of the semester, a minimum of two weeks.

2. Students must provide the necessary documents - as requested by the department concerned - to prove the relationship of kinship.

3. A disciplinary decision has not been issued against the student applying for the scholarship during his studies in colleges.

4. The scholarship is for a maximum of two students in colleges, and a discount of (10%) each.

5. The students eligible for the scholarship must continue to study in the same semester.

6. The student may not combine two scholarships offered by the colleges.

7. The student who received the scholarship has a cumulative average higher than (2.75 out of 4).

Scholarship for employees of employees and employees of the Ministry of Education and universities.

A quarterly scholarship of two seats in each of the specialisations of the colleges for administrative staff and their children from the employees of the Ministry of Education and Universities is a grant that is unique to the Arab East Colleges, as it is offered to this category at the bachelor's and master's levels by providing a 10% discount on tuition fees.

Conditions and conditions for applying for the scholarship:

1. The student must apply for the scholarship well before the beginning of the semester, at least two weeks.

2. The student must provide the necessary documents - as requested by the concerned authority - to prove his work.

3. The employee must have spent at least one year in the ministry or university.

4. The applicant for the bachelor's degree must be in charge of the conditions for admission to the colleges and have a weighed percentage (secondary, abilities, academic) of at least (80%).

5. The applicant for the master's level must fulfil the conditions for admission to the colleges and have a cumulative average in the bachelor's degree of not less than (4 out of 5) and its equivalent.

6. The student may not combine two scholarships offered by the colleges.

7. The grant shall be according to the priority of submission until the specified seats of this grant are exhausted, and the Committee may consider applications

Graduate Scholarship for Arab East Colleges Graduates.

The Graduate Studies Scholarship for Graduates of the Arab East Colleges is a scholarship provided to undergraduate graduates from the Arab East Colleges in all disciplines in order to encourage students to complete their educational career in the colleges by providing a discount of (5%) according to the specific conditions and specialisations for the master's degree - not including supplementary diplomas.

Conditions and conditions for applying for the scholarship:

1. The student must be a recent graduate from one of the Arab East colleges.

2. The student's bachelor's average should not be less than (3.25).

3. The student must apply for the scholarship before the beginning of the semester, a minimum of two weeks, in order to conduct the differentiation process between the applicants.

4. A disciplinary decision has not been issued against the student applying for the scholarship during his studies in colleges.

5. The student may not combine two scholarships offered by the colleges.

6. The grant shall be according to the priority of submission until the specified seats for this scholarship are exhausted.

Arab East Colleges Scholarship for Social Responsibility.

The Arab East Colleges Scholarship for Social Responsibility is a national and international social grant. This scholarship is provided to many categories in our dear society, such as winners of awards or excellence in any of the different fields such as sports, cultural, scientific and others, and the families of the martyrs of first-degree duty, as well as those supported by approved charities, as well as those with special needs and circumstances and others, in addition to international students from the same categories. These grants are offered to students at the bachelor's levels, and five scholarships annually. Each case is considered separately in the Supreme Committee for Grants, and acceptance or rejection shall be made and the percentage and duration shall be determined on a case-by-case basis.

Conditions and conditions for applying for the scholarship:

1. The student must apply for the scholarship before the beginning of the semester in time, a minimum of one month, so that the application can be studied by the competent committee.

2. The student must submit the necessary documents as required by the concerned committee.

3. A disciplinary decision must not have been issued against the student applying for the scholarship during his studies in colleges.

4. The student may not combine two scholarships offered by the colleges.

5. The grant shall be according to the priority of submission until the seats specified for this grant have expired, and the committee may consider additional applications and submit them to the authorised person.
