The Skills Record is an officially accredited document issued by the college to the student. It is designed to track and document all training courses, volunteer work, extracurricular activities, and awards earned by the student during their university studies—specifically those achievements not included in the academic transcript.

Operating within an institutional framework, the unit directly supports Saudi Vision 2030 targets to increase volunteer participation and enhance community awareness among the student body.

Sports Activities
The Sports Activities Unit is a division of the Student Affairs Department at Arab East Colleges. It is dedicated to promoting physical activity among students by organizing diverse sporting events, nurturing athletic talent, and providing a stimulating environment for physical exercise on campus. The unit’s responsibilities include overseeing internal tournaments and coordinating participation in external competitions, providing technical and logistical support to student teams, and developing sustainable sports programs that promote health and physical fitness throughout the student body.
Psychological Counselling Unit
Operating under the Department of Student Affairs at Arab East Colleges, this unit facilitates a constructive process designed to support students in defining and achieving their personal, educational, professional, and familial goals. The unit focuses on promoting mental health and personal harmony by addressing common challenges and helping students reorganize their perspectives at a conscious level.
In this collaborative process, the student takes an active role in self-assessment, strategic planning, and decision-making. Simultaneously, the mentor emphasizes the student’s inherent strengths to navigate personal and social situations, utilizing standardized information and comprehensive case studies to provide effective guidance.
