The Department of Educational Administration and Supervision at Al-Sharq Al-Arabi College for Graduate Studies is considered one of the leading academic departments that contributes to preparing qualified educational leaders to support the development of the education system in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The department was established in 1435 AH and includes an elite group of core and seconded faculty members from prestigious Saudi universities who possess solid scientific and practical experiences. They contribute to supporting students through a stimulating academic environment for learning, research, analysis, and critical thinking, where teaching, training, guidance, scientific research, and supervision of scientific theses are practiced. Department members also participate in research and development projects at local and regional levels, thereby enhancing the department's role as a house of educational expertise. The Department of Educational Administration and Supervision offers a Master's program in Educational Administration and Supervision, whose plan was developed according to the best academic practices in curriculum design. The program received full programmatic accreditation from the Education and Training Evaluation Commission in the Kingdom in 1445 AH, which confirms its commitment to applying local academic quality standards and its alignment with the needs of the educational environment, institutional development requirements, and labor market needs. The Master's program also focuses on providing students with scientific knowledge related to philosophical frameworks and administrative theories and their applications in educational administration, supervision, and planning, as well as practical skills in educational leadership and supervision.
