Praise be to Allah, Lord of the Worlds, and peace and blessings be upon the noblest of prophets and messengers, our Prophet Muhammad, and upon all his family and companions.

Our dear students, we welcome you to the Supporting Sciences Department at Al-Sharq Al-Arabi College of Applied Studies, which is considered the first threshold and cornerstone for all Al-Sharq Al-Arabi Colleges. The department offers general courses and provides you with the scientific skills essential for continuing your studies and educational journey. It is supervised by a constellation of highly experienced and competent university professors, both male and female, who support their teaching with the latest approved technological means to ensure a distinguished educational environment. Furthermore, the technological media and interactive platform specially prepared for college students serve as an enriching source for learning and contribute to acquiring the necessary skills in self-learning. To further enhance knowledge and information, students have access to the necessary resources in the colleges' central library, which can be visited at any time during the academic day. The department also undertakes the organization of cultural activities and events at the colleges' level, aiming to enhance the Arab identity among its students, such as the International Arabic Language Day. The department also pays attention to community service, as its members participate in many community events aimed at spreading literary and linguistic culture among community members.
