Clone of Bachelor in Computer Science Program

The Supporting Sciences Department is considered one of the most important departments established at Al-Sharq Al-Arabi Colleges, falling under one of the significant colleges, the College of Applied Studies, which grants a Bachelor's degree in various specializations. Its establishment coincided with the establishment of the colleges in Riyadh in 1428 AH.

The department offers academic courses through a program that allows students (male/female) to study according to the approved curriculum plan, endorsed by the Board of Trustees under the levels system. It grants the academic degree after the student successfully completes the credit hours for the teaching requirements without specifying specialized tracks within this department. Students study Arabic language, Islamic studies, and English language courses at various levels, in addition to specialized courses in multiple colleges according to the student's major. The department includes a number of faculty members with various academic ranks.

The department is considered one of the most distinguished departments due to its responsibility in preparing students for the transitional phase of university study, preserving the formation of the student's national identity, and providing deep knowledge of religion and language. Additionally, it aims to develop a distinguished personality with research and scientific thinking skills capable of serving society and keeping pace with the developmental movement of university education.
