- General conditions for admission to colleges
Applicants for the bachelor's programme must have a secondary school certificate, pass an aptitude and achievement test, and be of good character and conduct and medically fit.
The Faculty Council (based on the recommendation of the Department Council) may add other conditions it deems necessary.
- Required documents
The following documents must be attached when applying for admission to bachelor's programmes:
Submit an application for admission to the bachelor's programme.
A copy of your civil ID card, family card, or residence permit, with the original to be brought later for verification.
The original high school certificate.
A copy of your aptitude test score.
A copy of your academic transcript.
A receipt for payment of the application fee to the college account.
- Admission requirements for the ridging program
The bridging program is an academic program that allows the student with a diploma (two years or two and a half years) to complete his studies to obtain a bachelor's degree in his specialisation by equalising some courses according to the program's study plan.
Admission requirements for bridging programs:
- The applicant must hold a diploma after high school for two years or more from a government educational institution.
- The general grade in the diploma should not be less than good.
- The study is not less than two years.
- The Diploma Specialisation Should Be An Extension Of The Bachelor'S Specialisation, Including The Branches And Tracks Associated With It, According To The Controls Of The Approved Equation.
- Study hours are determined according to the result of the course equalisation of each program.
- Passing the test or personal interview as seen by the competent department
- The system of study in colleges
The academic year is divided into two main semesters, each lasting no less than fifteen weeks, excluding registration and examination periods, and a summer semester lasting no less than eight weeks, during which the duration allocated to each course is doubled.
- Graduation requirements and academic degree
Students may only graduate after completing the degree requirements and achieving a cumulative grade point average of at least ‘good.’(1.75 out of 4 )
