- Discovering and supporting talented students and developing their creative abilities through customised programs
- Providing a counselling service (academic, psychological, social, and professional) that helps students adapt and succeed in university life
- Providing a learning environment that takes into account the needs of students with special needs and meets their academic requirements
- Promoting the culture of volunteering and community participation in the college environment
- Supporting students' participation in student clubs and councils to enhance their leadership and interactive skills
- Preparing students for the labour market through training, vocational rehabilitation, and job skills development
- Developing student services and improving the mechanisms of communication and company between management and students
- Developing students' awareness of their university responsibilities and encouraging them to participate in cultural, social and other activities

Graduate Communication Unit
The Graduate Communications Unit serves as a vital link between Arab East Colleges and its alumni. The unit is dedicated to supporting graduates by fostering strong connections between academic departments, their former students, and the labor market. Additionally, it provides direct communication channels for various academic programs while encouraging alumni to participate in college events and activities.

Development and Support Unit
The Development and Support Unit is dedicated to advancing the professional and technical expertise of our graduates. By offering specialized training programs and workshops tailored to current needs, the unit enhances their technical, professional, and personal skills to increase their competitiveness in the labor market. Furthermore, the unit provides essential career services, including professional counseling, CV writing guidance, and interview preparation to ensure graduates are fully equipped for their careers.
