Vision
The mission of the Centre for Administrative Development and Community Service is to provide quality education and training opportunities for all members of Saudi society, by providing continuous and innovative development programs and initiatives for faculty members, staff and students, according to quality and excellence standards, which contributes to the development of leadership and professional capabilities, improving the quality of academic and administrative performance, strengthening community partnership, and supporting sustainable national development, in line with the vision of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Goals
- Motivating faculty members, college employees, male and female students to actively participate in community initiatives and services, through organised educational and development programs that contribute to providing community opportunities and supporting participation in them.
- Providing an integrated system of continuing education, training, professional development and capacity building programs to meet the needs of individuals and institutions.
- Contribute to the development of the local community by qualifying human competencies and providing the labour market with the required knowledge and applied skills, especially in the fields of administration, business and development.
- Building and developing sustainable strategic partnerships with various government, private and non-profit sectors, to enhance learning, training and joint development opportunities.
- Enhancing educational and cultural exchange and implementing qualitative activities and events inside and outside the academic campus, in cooperation with government agencies, non-profit organisations, charities, and health institutions, in order to achieve a sustainable societal impact.
Community Service

Community service is one of the main pillars in the mission of the Arab East Colleges, through which we seek to contribute to the development of the community's capabilities and build effective partnerships with its various sectors.
Advisory Centre Services:
- Providing consultations to government and private organisations in various fields to improve performance and decision-making.
- Training and development programs: Organising training courses and workshops to develop the skills of individuals and institutional cadres.
- Preparation and implementation of projects: Design and implementation of initiatives and projects that meet the needs of community and institutional development.
- Research and studies: Preparing applied studies and research to support planning and decision-making in institutions.
- Supporting innovation and organisational transformation: Providing innovative solutions for business development and improving the efficiency of enterprises.
