Program Message

Preparing qualified and specialised legal cadres in various fields of private law that are distinguished by research and scientific, in a way that contributes to serving the community and meets the requirements of the Saudi labour market

Program Objectives

Developing scientific research in the field of private law, in order to keep pace with the legislative development in the Kingdom and serve the Saudi society.
The provision of Saudi society to specialists and researchers with competence in the field of private law and its modern applications
Developing students' professional abilities and directing them towards creativity and innovation in finding non-traditional solutions to complex and advanced legal problems, in line with contemporary developments
Enriching legal knowledge in the field of private law through in-depth studies and scientific research, to meet the needs of the Saudi labour market
