The course aims to provide student with needed knowledge and understanding the basic elements of organizational behavior and concepts related to this science and its applications in business organizations. It also aims to discuss theories and behavioral principles related to individual, group and organization; to explain perception and learning; analyze individual differences between perception and learning; and to identify motivation in organizations, attitudes and feelings of individual. It assists in interpretation of groups dynamics; assessment of teamwork; and analyzing communication in Organizations.
