The course enables the students to understand some of the legal aspects of the rules, regulations and decisions as enforced in the Kingdom. The course is about studying the functions of the legal rule, the commercial law and the commercial court system as issued by the Royal Decree in 1350 AH. Business law, labor law, social security, legal provisions governing intellectual and commercial property, protection of inventions, the legal framework for foreign investment, and World Trade Organization are among the topics that are covered.
