The purpose of
this course is to study, evaluate and analyze the legal rules governing the
administrative judiciary and its structures, the rules governing the
administrative proceedings facing the Board of Grievances and administrative
bodies with jurisdiction over some administrative disputes in the Kingdom. The course
also addresses the methods of challenge in the verdict of the administrative
judiciary, the mechanisms and its implementation.
