The aim of this
course is to evaluate the current international situation, the extent to which
the international climate has been created for the appearance of international
disputes, defining the concept of international conflict, determining the
various ways of resolving these disputes, with a focus on legal methods,
particularly through the International Court of Justice and other similar
courts.
