This course aims at making the student acquainted with contemporary
accounting issues both in theoretical and practical aspects.
It aims at enriching the student

- Clarifying the effects of price changes on the preparation of the
financial statements
- Assess the economic and legal effects on social activities
- Explanation of accounting treatments for long-term leases
- Ability to prepare environmental reports
- How accounting treatment of intangible assets
- Explain the issues of corporate integration, accounting of financial
instruments
