This course aims at explaining the traditional and modern theories of leadership, clarifying the difference between the leader and the manager, comparing the traditional and modern theories of leadership, analyzing the relationship between leadership and motivation, and applying the role of leadership in the process of organizational change. It also provide students with contemporary approaches to leadership.
