This course aims
to study the international rules dealing with humanitarian law, specify the
differences between these rules and human rights rules. The course shall
clarify the historical origins of international humanitarian law, determine its
sources and cadre concerning of persons and disputes. The course is also
studying the content of international rules in this regard and monitoring the
recent developments in these rules.
