This course aims
to identify and determine the legal cadre for conservation of the environment.
This protection is achieving only through certain legal’s methods and tools.
The course deals with topics such as: defining the concept of the environment,
indicating the results of such a concept on the adaptation and conservation of
many environmental practices, the responsibility for causing and types of
environmental damage, the determination of the environmental range within its
maritime, air and ground boundaries. In addition, the course addresses the
provisions of international conventions on environmental issues, as well as
their provisions in internal environmental laws.
