The course gives students good understanding of the principles and bases of entrepreneurship and its practical applications and how to establish a business by defining planning and organizing skills and team management skills. In addition it analyzes the factors influencing leadership performance, and success and failures of small project. Evaluates the internal and external entrepreneurship environment, applies leadership theory, distinguishes the characteristics of successful entrepreneurs, and analyzes the process of leadership and its impact on employee behavior to achieve objectives are among the topics to be covered. At the end of the semester, students present their entrepreneurial projects that can be transformed into practice.
