brief description of the course:: The course seeks to provide students with an
understanding of the theoretical bases, cognitive skills, scientific and life
skills of educational planning, the use of techniques, information systems and
statistical methods related to the study of educational planning by conducting the conceptual frame work about
basis and theories of educational planning, the rules and techniques of
developing a plan. Properties & characteristics of planners , planning
units at the educational institutions ,models of educational development plans
in a number of countries, the philosophy and values of educational planning,
the skills of planning research, strategic planning and its uses in the field
of education ,and Evaluation of
educational planning processes.
