The goal of this course is making the students recognize
on a set of rules governing economic crime especially the historical
development of the intervention of punitive laws in the field of economics.
Furthermore, the course clarifies the tenor of economic law, the linking
between criminalization and punishment with the philosophy followed by the
state in the economic field. The course also addresses the economic crime in criminal
Islamic jurisprudence. The course then deals with the statement and analysis
the elements of the economic crime and the criminal responsibility that may
arise within the economic project, both for the natural or artificial person.
