The purpose of
this course is to explain all legal rules linking to names and trademarks,
whether national rules issued under systems or international rules. In
addition, this course sheds light on the relevant international conventions. The
course moreover explains and analysis of the Kingdom’s trade names and
trademark laws, clarifies the dispute resolution methods related to these two
topics, and studies with analyzing the judicial decisions issued in this regard.
