This course seeks
to determine the different legal rules governing foreigners in the Kingdom,
whether these rules are internal, such as systems and regulations decisions, or
international rules derived from international conventions to which the Kingdom
has acceded. The course begins with a statement of the foreigner’s concept, the
justification and motivation for the foreigners movement and the necessity for
legal rules governing the status of the foreigner in the territory of the
State, whether in entry into or residence in the territory of the State, with demonstration
of his rights and obligations or leaving the state .
