This course addresses
the subject of foreign investment in terms of the policy adopted by the Kingdom
to encourage foreign investments in its territory. The course also clarifies
the legal rules governing the investment of foreign capital in the Kingdom,
evaluates and analyzes these rules. The course moreover deals with commercial
representation as one of the most important foreign investment fields in the
Kingdom. In addition, the course highlights on the different types of
commercial agencies. This course is also concerned with the clarification of the
Saudi legal rules and compare it with others rules through analysis and
evaluation of these rules in terms of their shortcomings and methods of
improving them.
