The purpose of
this course is to determine and define the criteria and rules of fair trial
whether those taken from international rules or those found in different
SHARI’AH COURTS,
the rules and principles found of Islamic law (SHARI’AH)
and heritage. The course will also study a number of trials and judicial
decisions to confirm whether they respect the rules and criteria of fair trial
and determine the legal methods to respect these rules.
